Bio of Ashley Hancock

As Broker/Owner of The Sandlapper Management Group, Ashley Hancock prides herself on the exceptional level of service she provides to all of her customers and clients. Ashley has served as a licensed real estate agent and property manager for over 17 years.

A Lowcountry resident for since 1998, Ashley graduated with a degree in international business from the College of Charleston in 2002 and went on to earn a Master of Arts in Philanthropy and Development from St. Mary’s University in Minnesota.

As the Director of Regime Management, Ashley joined a local real estate company in 2007. In 2008, Ashley decided to focus on real estate sales and property management, becoming a full-time Realtor® and Property Manager. Becoming a licensed Realtor was a natural progression, following in her mother’s footsteps who has been a licensed Realtor® since the early 1980’s and owns a Coldwell Banker in Hartsville, SC.

Through working in property management since 2008, Ashley recognizes a great need for client-centered services with regards to all aspects of property management. She understands that property owners want a property manager that is proactive with communication, quick to release funds owed, has vendors they can trust, and a manager that understands the importance of maintaining and enhancing the value of their real estate investment. As a Realtor and owner of multiple properties herself, she understands the needs of property owners with regards to all aspects of property management. She brings her knowledge of the Charleston area, love for people, and her desire to fulfill the property needs of all of her customers and clients to The Sandlapper Management Group.
